Not fearing for your life when your life is being threatened.

You are not mandated to value the life of others.

E.g. Someone is cornered with 2 people with pistols pointed at his/her head. The person decides to pull a pistol, rolling to the side, and try to kill both of them resulting in his/her character being downed.
